How we approach each engagement
Every Damai engagement follows the same underlying approach: read first, recommend second, deploy third — and only deploy what the reading justified. We do not begin from a technology capability and work backwards to a use case. We begin from your team's reading and correspondence workload, assess whether AI assistance is appropriate, and scope accordingly.
1. Read
We review a sample of your actual documents before recommending anything.
2. Brief
We write a clear brief with a bounded recommendation, including what to avoid.
3. Deploy or Close
You decide whether to proceed. If you do, we supervise carefully with regular check-ins.
Service 01
Operations Reading Review
A focused engagement where we sit with your asset management lead, customer service head, and one regulatory officer. We read a sample of recent reports, customer correspondence, and incident notes, then write a brief on where AI summarisation could carefully reduce reading load — outside any control system. The work is ST and SEDA-aware.

Service 02
Reporting & Correspondence Pilot
A measured deployment of an AI drafting assist for your reporting team and customer correspondence. The system drafts memos and replies; humans confirm everything. Integration is read-only and outside any operational technology environment. Includes a six-week supervised period, training for two officers, and a usage policy aligned with ST and PDPA.

Quarterly Stewardship
A monthly advisory engagement for energy and utilities operators whose teams already use AI assists in administrative and reporting work. Each quarter we sample outputs, audit boundaries, and write a brief for the chief operations officer. Includes alignment with ST, SEDA and PDPA, plus a yearly written summary suitable for your board.
